Senior Pastor & Founder
Bishop S.Y. Younger founded The Ramp Church International over 21 years ago in Lynchburg, VA. His apostolic vision has grown RCI from a local congregation into a global network of campuses and ministries spanning multiple nations.
Associate Pastor
Associate Pastor Claude Gardner serves alongside the senior leadership team to disciple believers, equip the saints, and extend the mission of RCI in Lynchburg and beyond.
